• Develop a comprehensive, integrated plan for year round mission Education, Exposure and Experience.

• Organize and Implement a “Global Impact Celebration”

• Develop a Global Outreach Budget and work to stimulate year round missions focused giving.

• Develop Strategic Missions Partnerships (SMP)

• Organize global short term mission projects

• Develop a plan and a process to guide missionary candidates

• Administer communications between church and field missionaries
