The
outreach ministries of our church have been named “Export
Ministries.” We desire to take what we have been given by
way of
truth, resources, and personnel and “Export”
it across the street and around the world.
The Psalmist wrote,
“Oh give thanks to the LORD, call upon His
name; Make known His deeds
among the peoples. Sing to Him, sing
praises to Him; Speak of all His
wonders.” (Psalm
105:1-2)
Our
passion is to...
“Joyfully Proclaim the
Awesome Deeds
of Our God
from Our Families to the Nations.”
When we consider
what the Bible says about evangelism and missions, it
becomes clear
that it is the privilege and responsibility of every
follower
of Christ to make His glory known to others. Every person
who has
been called to salvation has been called to missions. As
Christ’s followers, we are to endeavor to make disciples of
all
nations . . . to seek constantly and consistently to lead
those without Christ to a saving relationship with Him.
We adhere to an “As You Go” strategy of sharing our faith.
Jesus
said, “Go (as you go) therefore and make disciples of
all
nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the
Son and
of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have
commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end
of the
age" (Matthew 28:19-20). Every believer has a Story to tell.
The
Story must be told from our neighborhoods to the nations.
