FBC Gonzales is excited to have Dr. Jim Shaddix come and lead this fall's Pastors Conference on the topic of preaching. In our day and time, focusing on the biblical foundations of God's Word is essential. Our prayer is that this conference will help us all to sharpen our skills in proclaiming the Word of God. (2 Timothy 4:1-5)

Dr. Shaddix currently serves as Professor of Preaching at Southeastern Seminary and Pastor of Teaching/Training at The Church at Brook Hills in Birmingham, AL.
